Our usual Sunday morning began with breakfast at Adam Road Food Centre where we had our favourite mee soto followed by a visit to the MacRitchie Reservoir for a walk. We have seen the last days of the bandstand and the zig-zag bridge that had symbolised MacRitchie Reservoir since time immemorial. In a year from now, who knows, another icon may take its place.
