According to the old man, this granite image was only revealed when a structure (I think he said it was a small temple) that was hiding it from view was torn down in July this year. The old man said that he bought his house 18 years ago and had never seen anything like this all the time he was there.

When I lived in Singapore in the 80s, I went to Pulau Ubin with some friends about 3 to 4 times. Although I have forgotten most of the places pictured by you in this post. Your posts on Pulau Ubin brings back all my fond memories of that few camping trips.
