The colours attracted me in both instances. A row of shop houses in Jalan Kayu where we went to seek out the famous Roti Prata shop. Since parking was unavailable, we went across the road and tried out a different stall.
On the opposite pole is this reburbished old building. Now it belongs to the Singapore Art Museum and Q8 is its name.
