At the corner of Sixth Avenue, off Bukit Timah Road are a few coffee shops where you could sit down to enjoy a cup of local coffee, kaya toast other than enjoying the wantan noodles that seemed to be highly popular with the breakfast crowd. I have lived near enough to this place almost all my life and yet I have not taken a meal in any of the coffee shops until today. It was a change from the usual food joints around my home and the ambience was cosy and relaxing. The only problem if you do not live within walking distance from this part of Singapore is the very limited parking space.
